What is Instant Practice?

Instant Practice gives you the opportunity to practise your listening skills using real, up-to-date news programmes every day. Instant Practice is easy to use, fun and informative. By spending as little as 15 minutes a day, in a short time you will notice an improvement in your listening skills and English in general.

The levels

There are 3 levels of difficulty; Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced, a daily Business listening and a weekly song. The learner can choose the most appropriate exercise to start with and move on to the next level or the specialised listenings as his/her level improves.

For those who need to focus on English used in the business world, there is a daily listening taken from the business news with tasks focusing on what is often called 'Business English'.

Song

Using music is a great way to practise your listening skills and English in general. Every week a new song exercise is posted. We recommend you try it whatever exercises you are doing on a daily basis.

There is a translator available to clarify the user's doubts over the meaning of words that appear in the listenings.

An English-English dictionary is available to check the meaning and pronunciation of words.
